How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: From the Mobile App

1. Open Lynxio app
2. Go to "Account" tab
3. Tap "Settings"
4. Select "Delete My Account"
5. Confirm deletion

Method 2: By Email

Send an email to contact@just4work.com with:

• Your account email address
• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• Identity confirmation

We'll confirm within 24 hours. Deletion will be completed within 7 business days.

Data We Delete

Permanently Deleted Data

• Profile information (name, email, phone)
• Search history and OSINT queries
• Generated reports and analyses
• Preferences and settings
• Payment data (except legal requirements)
• Personal activity logs
• Exported files stored on our servers

Data We Retain (Legal Obligations)

• Invoices and accounting data (10 years)
• Anonymized security logs (6 months)
• Anonymized anti-fraud data (2 years)
• Aggregated anonymous usage statistics

Note: This data is retained only to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Deletion Timeline

• Immediate: Account deactivation and access removal
• 7 days: Deletion of personal data and history
• 30 days: Complete purge from backups and caches

Partial Data Deletion

You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your account:

Available Options:

• Search History: Selective or complete deletion
• Generated Reports: Delete specific reports
• Profile Data: Modify or delete information
• Preferences: Reset settings
