By using the Lynxio mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

Service Description

Lynxio is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that allows users to perform searches and analyses on:

• Email addresses
• Domain names
• Phone numbers
• Usernames
• IP addresses

The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person is allowed

Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify immediately of any unauthorized use
• Respect your subscription usage quotas

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Types

• Free: 5 searches/day with ads
• Premium: 12 searches/day for $1.99/month
• Pro: 35 searches/day for $4.99/month
• Enterprise: 150 searches/day for $24.99/month

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via stores (App Store, Google Play)
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime from your store settings
• No refunds for partially used periods

Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to use Lynxio for:

• Harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Privacy violations of others
• Unauthorized commercial data collection
• Attempts to bypass technical limitations
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass quotas
• Sharing or reselling your access
• Automated use (bots, scripts) without authorization

Consequences

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Reporting to competent authorities
• Legal action if applicable

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• The Lynxio application and its content are protected by copyright
• The name "Lynxio" and logos are registered trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of data you submit
• You grant us a license to process your data as part of the service
• You can export your data at any time

Limitation of Liability

Data Accuracy

Lynxio provides information from public sources. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of results
• Real-time information updates
• The absence of errors or omissions

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Absence of bugs or malfunctions
• Compatibility with all devices

Damage Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify application features
• Adjust quotas and prices with 30 days' notice
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
• Permanently discontinue service with 90 days' notice

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
