Terms of Service

By using the Lynxio platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

Lynxio is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that allows users to perform searches and analyses on: email addresses, domain names, phone numbers, usernames, IP addresses, company entities (via GLEIF, ICIJ and official registries), and images (via AI forensics and geolocation).

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person is allowed

• Lite (Free): 3 searches/day — free
• Standard Monthly: 12 searches/day — $9.99/month
• Standard Yearly: 12 searches/day — $59.99/year (equiv. $5.00/month)
• Premium Monthly: 30 searches/day — $14.99/month
• Premium Yearly: 30 searches/day — $89.99/year (equiv. $7.50/month)

Plan Features & Restrictions

• Lite (Free): 3 searches/day. Email and username searches only. Up to 5 saved searches. Phone, IP, domain, Company Intelligence, Image OSINT, AI analyses, and PDF export are not available.
• Standard: All search modules including Company Intelligence and Image OSINT. 15 AI analyses per month. PDF export included. Up to 50 saved searches.
• Premium: All search modules. 50 AI analyses per month. Professional PDF export included. Up to 100 saved searches.

AI analysis quotas reset monthly. Unused AI analyses do not roll over to the next billing period.

Payment Terms

• You can cancel anytime from your settings
• No refunds for partially used periods

It is strictly forbidden to use Lynxio for:

• Harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Privacy violations of others
• Unauthorized commercial data collection
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass quotas
• Automated use (bots, scripts) without authorization
• Locating, tracking, following or monitoring any person without their consent
• Disclosing, publishing, selling or otherwise making available to third parties any personal data obtained through Lynxio, in order to expose, intimidate, threaten or harass the person concerned
• Identifying, locating or monitoring journalists, human-rights defenders, political opponents, protesters, or members of religious, ethnic or LGBTQ+ communities
• Searching for information about any person you know or reasonably believe to be under 18
• Use on behalf of any government, military, intelligence or security body without a prior written agreement with Just4Work

Sanctions. Lynxio is not available to residents of, or persons located in, countries or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions, including Iran, North Korea, Cuba and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. You may not use Lynxio if you are, or act on behalf of, (a) any person or entity designated under European Union, United Nations, French, United Kingdom or United States sanctions, or (b) any government body or legal person, entity or body established in, or owned or controlled from, Russia or Belarus.

Restricted jurisdictions. Lynxio is not offered in jurisdictions where open-source intelligence tools or the processing of publicly available personal data are prohibited or subject to specific authorization, including, at the date of these terms: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Libya, mainland China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Russia, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Venezuela and Nicaragua. You must not access or use Lynxio while located in such a jurisdiction, including through a VPN, proxy, or any other means of masking your location. Just4Work may suspend any account it reasonably believes is being accessed from a restricted jurisdiction.

Country-specific features. Just4Work may restrict, modify or disable any feature, or withdraw the service entirely, in any country at any time and without notice where it considers this necessary to comply with local law.

By using Lynxio, you declare that:

• (a) you are performing searches on yourself, or
• (b) you have the explicit written consent of the person you are investigating, or
• (c) you are acting within a professional capacity (journalism, security research, fraud investigation, legal proceedings) with a legitimate legal basis.

Any other use is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of Lynxio, and any use of the results, comply with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including the laws of the country where you are located when you perform a search (in particular laws on privacy, personal data, image rights, cybercrime, and the use of VPNs). Lynxio is designed for use in jurisdictions where OSINT research is lawful. If using Lynxio is unlawful where you are, you must not use it.

You must also comply with the laws of the country where any person you search for resides. Many countries treat the unauthorized collection, disclosure or publication of personal data — including another person's location, contact details or data originating from data breaches — as a criminal offence, including under anti-doxxing and anti-stalking laws.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just4Work, its owner, and its service providers from any claim, fine, penalty, damage, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Lynxio in breach of these terms or of any applicable law.

Account termination. Just4Work may suspend or terminate, without notice or refund, any account used in breach of these terms or of applicable law, and may cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.

Lynxio must not be used to monitor, track, or investigate any person without their knowledge in contexts that could constitute stalking, domestic surveillance, or harassment. Using Lynxio to monitor a partner, ex-partner, family member, or any individual without legitimate legal basis is strictly forbidden and may constitute a criminal offense in your jurisdiction.

Lynxio aggregates information from publicly available sources and from third-party breach-exposure intelligence services. We do not access private, restricted, or confidential systems, and we do not perform intrusion of any kind.

Data originating from known data breaches is always partially masked, on every plan: sensitive values (passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, names, addresses, banking details) are never displayed in full and are never stored in our systems. Results only show which categories of data were exposed and the name of the breach source, so that users can assess and reduce their own exposure.

Breach-exposure results are provided solely to help you assess and remediate the exposure of your own accounts, or of accounts you are authorized to protect. You must not extract, reconstruct, compile, store, publish, sell or redistribute any leaked data, nor use it to access, attempt to access or impersonate the holder of any account.

Search results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Lynxio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party data sources.

The Image OSINT module reads the metadata embedded in an image — which may include the GPS coordinates and time at which the photo was taken, when the image contains them — and may estimate the approximate location of the scene shown using AI and visual elements. It does not provide real-time location. This module is intended for verifying images and protecting your own privacy, for example checking what a photo reveals before you share it.

You may only analyse images you created yourself or that you are lawfully authorized to analyse. You must not upload images depicting identifiable individuals without their consent or another legitimate legal basis, and you must not use Lynxio to identify an unknown person from their face. Lynxio does not perform facial recognition and does not create, collect or store faceprints, face geometry or other biometric identifiers.

You must not use any location information obtained through Lynxio to locate, follow, monitor, contact or visit any person, or that person's home or workplace, without their consent, nor to identify or disclose the location or movement of military, security or law-enforcement personnel, units, facilities or equipment.

Lynxio is not a consumer reporting agency, and no Lynxio result, report or score is a consumer report. Results obtained through Lynxio may not be used for: employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or any purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Any score displayed by Lynxio describes the exposure of an identifier (such as an email address, username or phone number) to public sources and known data breaches. It is not an assessment of any person's character, reputation, trustworthiness, or likelihood of committing an offence.

Results generated by artificial intelligence, including approximate location estimates, summaries and scores, are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You must not present them as statements of fact about any person, publish them, or use them — alone or with other information — as the basis for any decision concerning a person's employment, housing, credit, insurance, education or access to services. Lynxio does not infer, and you must not use Lynxio to infer, any person's criminal record, health, sexual life, religious or political beliefs, ethnic origin or trade-union membership.

If you believe your personal information has appeared in Lynxio search results and you wish to request its removal, contact us at support@lynxio.io. We will review your request within 30 days and take reasonable action within our technical capabilities.

If you are a judge, prosecutor, law-enforcement officer or other person protected by judicial-security or similar laws (such as New Jersey's Daniel's Law), or you act on behalf of one, you may ask us to stop disclosing your home address and unpublished telephone number by writing to support@lynxio.io. We act on such requests promptly.

Lynxio is an investigative tool, not a definitive source of truth. Results should be independently verified before any action is taken. Just4Work accepts no liability for decisions made based on Lynxio results.

Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting search results obtained through Lynxio without prior written authorization from Just4Work is strictly prohibited.

Automated, scripted, or bulk use of the platform beyond the platform quota limits is prohibited. Attempts to bypass quotas via multiple accounts, proxies, or automation tools will result in immediate account termination.

Lynxio provides information from public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information is collected about them, (b) delete their personal information, (c) opt out of the sale of their personal information. Lynxio does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact support@lynxio.io. For more information, visit the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.

Quebec Residents: In accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), Quebec residents have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the processing of their personal information. Requests can be submitted to support@lynxio.io. Response time: 30 days.

Brazilian Residents: In accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), Brazilian users have the rights set forth in Article 18 of the LGPD, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability. Contact our Data Protection Officer at support@lynxio.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the ANPD (anpd.gov.br).

Australian Residents: Lynxio complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Australian users may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information by contacting support@lynxio.io. Complaints may be lodged with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Indian Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Indian residents may exercise their rights under the DPDPA by contacting support@lynxio.io.

UK Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. UK residents have the same rights as EU residents under GDPR. Complaints may be lodged with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Swiss Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/nLPD). Swiss residents may exercise their rights by contacting support@lynxio.io. Complaints may be lodged with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch.

Turkish Residents: In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Turkish residents have the right to: learn whether personal data is processed, request information about it, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Contact: support@lynxio.io.

South Korean Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). South Korean residents may contact support@lynxio.io to exercise their rights. Complaints may be filed with the Personal Information Protection Commission (pipc.go.kr).

South African Residents: Lynxio processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The responsible party is Just4Work. South African residents may contact support@lynxio.io to exercise their rights under POPIA.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the choice of French law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
